  I don't recognise the experiences of others here - I have used them a few times now. Efficient phone booking, cars turn up when they say they will, cheaper than others. I will update this if I ever get a bad experience

  Don't use this company! They left us in the lurch!! We prebooked a taxi for a trip to the airport. Phoned them once for a quote and once to confirm booking. Pick up time came & no sign of them. When we called they denied all knowledge of our booking. Truly terrible service!

  Great service, always on time and substantially cheaper than other companies in the area. I have used East Ren taxis regularly over the last few months and I can't fault them.
